Futurewell Consulting

A Bespoke Wellness + Climate Consulting Firm

Lily Riesenfeld is a wellness industry entrepreneur with an expertise in convening experts, building community and applying a systems approach to cultivating a regenerative future. She has become a recognized thought leader in the California Regenerative Agriculture movement, advising individuals, stakeholders, and leaders to progress their mission and amplify the importance of regenerative agriculture for both community and climate resilience.

With a degree in Psychology and Nutrition, Lily began her career founding several brick and mortar yoga and Pilates studios, including The Pad Studios, a premiere San Francisco fixture. Today, Lily combines her background in nutrition and wellness with her experience in regenerative agriculture to further advance equitable food systems. She seeks to better understand how deep food plays a role in a regenerative future. Acknowledging that change will take a multi-faceted systems approach, she’s interested in how increasing demand in the supply chain for regenerative organic food will result in community health and climate resilience.

Building on her passion for both health and environmental justice, Lily co-created a wellness and climate summit called Futurewell. Futurewell brought together 25 globally recognized thought leaders at the intersection of human and planetary health to inspire connection, action and collaboration in the diverse community of participants. She leveraged her business acumen to drive over 30 partnerships and sponsors to fund the project.

Lily went on to launch a consulting company, Futurewell Consulting. She specializes in providing business development, growth strategy, and programming to non profits, corporations, and individuals seeking to advance regenerative organic and equatible food systems. Lily also offers intentionally designed event production to connect stakeholders to advance the connection between human and global health. With her background in boutique wellness and retreats, she creates more elevated, mindful, and beautiful experiences that have proven outcomes for productivity.

Lily lives in Marin with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking nourishing meals sourced from the farmers market for her family, yoga and hiking in the redwoods. She also serves as Chair to the Capital Campaign for the Center for Food and Agriculture, which will be one of the world’s first closed-loop, zero waste, farmers markets with the goal of zero on site greenhouse gas emissions as part of regional food and farming systems that heal our land and planet.
